Saving Haiti with Nano

Greetings! I work with a small charity supporting extremely poor people in Haiti, and the transfer fees from World Remit and Remitly take a big bite out of what we send (we strive for 100% of donations to reach those we help).

The country has been thrown into total chaos, and food prices have gone to 10x in 3 years.

How could someone in Haiti with a cheap Android phone receive Nano and convert it to USD or Gourdes to use to buy water and food from street vendors?

Let me know if you figure this out. I have family and friends in Haiti, and the Western Union fees to send them money are terrible, but I haven't found a good way for them to convert Nano into Gourdes or USD in Haiti
