Is it possible that introducing support for "Priority" Transactions, where users have the option to pay for a tip (to their representative node) in exchange of "Premium, Speediest" transactions could help to a) Keep the Network operations in situations of congestion, and b) Create a monetization incentive for Privates and Organizations to deploy nodes? Would such an implementation be compatible with NF mission and vision?
No, this would introduce a fee structure which would then cause everyone to eventually have to pay fees if they want timely transactions.
Never going to happen
There's no single node responsible for confirming a block. That's just not how it works.
Once 67% of voting nodes agree on a transaction other nodes start cementing the block in their databases, there was no "miner", and if you chose a rep, that only means nodes will count your funds as weight for that signature until they reach the 67% consensus.
Even IF we tried to add a fee system it wouldn't be healthy for the ORV algorithm and would break the network neutrality.
