Directional assist requested

Andy,

When I researched NANO, I was interested and set up a desktop wallet.
I traded for NANO, then stored it in desktop wallet.

Long Story short, I did not open for a year.
When I recently opened, I was met with announcement. The wallet would not be supported after Feb. 10th, 2010.

I created a transaction to send to my Exodus wallet.
It did not arrive, and exodus support has not responded.
The transaction is visible on NANO crawler, but maybe there are no delegators to verify?

How can I achieve transfer completion?

Hey Jim,

I think the wallet you are using is not connected to the network, so while it is telling you a transaction is sent, it likely is not.

I recommend you restore your account and balance via Seed Import in another wallet - Exodus does not support this - then from that wallet move your funds along to your Exodus account.
