Accessing my Nano wallet


I've been trying to access my Nano Wallet using my unique identifier

But since I lost my authenticator device, I'm not able to retrieve my Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code. Also now it looks like seed importing and new registrations are disabled at

I've been writing to Nano support asking for help, but have'nt heard back for months now. Is there someway I could get help in accessing my account ? Kindly advise


I actually found this on the NANO wallet's FAQ page and looks like this could be the way out. Not clear what they mean by 'Contact us from the mail that the account is registered' though :thinking:

P - I forgot my 2FA
A - Contact us with your identifier from the mail that the account is registered, and we can disable it
